2022 was a weird year for me. I found my creativity sapped for most of the year—about mid-February to early October. Didn’t want to read or write or knit, my favorite things that always make me happy. Having a broken AC unit for a good chunk of that might have had something to do with that, but why would that sap my creativity? And for most of the year? October brought with it cooler weather and the desire to read, write, and knit again. I hope to rebuild my writing habit in 2023.
“You must write every single day of your life... You must lurk in libraries and climb the stacks like ladders to sniff books like perfumes and wear books like hats upon your crazy heads... may you be in love every day for the next 20,000 days. And out of that love, remake a world.” ― Ray Bradbury
