Update for the week of Dec. 5 to 11, 2022
Writing
My goal is to write 750 words a day. I so did not make this. I had 3 days where I zeroed out my writing streak from Day 106 to zero.
Participate in as many Writing Activities as I am able:
Tues. 3 pm Self Publishing Challenge *Checkg*
Wed. 7:30 pm GWN *X*
Fri 4 pm Fiction Series *X*; 4 pm Cohort Call *X*; 8 pm Cast of Characters workshop *Checkg*
Sun. 12 pm Working Writer *X*; 3 pm NWAL *X* This cold had me laying low and skipping classes.

Reading
Goal of 30 books - Goodreads: currently at 25 books.
I am continuing to read Sophie Cousens's Before I Do. I am also reading Calm Christmas by Beth Kempton and Write Now by Justin Cox.

Working
I am working in an LTO until February 3, 2023.
Planning for class - letter H, Poem and book The Napping House.
Get Tracking sheets organized for collecting data on IEP goals.

Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). I had 4 days over 10K.
Buy up to date Cold medication. I managed to find some in the second Rexall I went in - the shelves were almost empty!!!
Yoga - none
Meditation - mini sessions with my Fitbit.
Drink at least 2L a day. Most days.
Eat more fiber and protein. Trying.
No eating after 8 pm. Yep, this cold has me not eating much and I have lost a couple of pounds.

Other
Clean cat boxes. *Checkg*
Garbage out. *Checkg*
