Something that's occurred to me, looking at these lists and thinking about it on my own, is just how limited Will's options are for partnership if he is acting from behind his own face and with his own limited knowledge. He doesn't really know or hang out with many more people than Caleb, Keith, Carson, James, Jenny, and Paul Davis. For anyone else he might choose as a partner, for him it would be something of a leap in the dark because they are more like acquaintances than friends.
So in choosing partners, he would either have to pick this group; pick from this group and let his first partners help pick his next partners (e.g., Keith convinces him to pick, say, Mike Hollister); or he's going to have to use (and maybe negotiate from behind the face of) his first few doppelgangers.
