Quick comment about Chelsea mom, I remember that when made her and Chelsea trade places she easily accepted her role as the new Chelsea, so I do think it would be possible for her to be a possible partner even more if Will disguise himself as Chelsea and propose it to her while disguised.

About who Will would replace, well he already has Chelsea(1) and Kim(2), so that is 2, well he could go for Kelsey Blankenship(3), that would be one way to get money, just not sure how he would get her, IMO he would also go for a teacher or faculty(4) worker to have easier access to people,
well another person I think Will would consider replacing is actually Geoff(5) even if only to try and get back with Lisa(5), we need to remember that this Will is kinda still in love with her, another possibility is him making a doppelgänger of Lisa and making the doppelgänger dating him or his doppel, so that leaves him with 1 more maybe Deanna Showalter(6) as his last one, to get the gossips, or he waits and only make 5 waiting for a good opportunity later, like if Joe and Frank come snooping he replaces them
