I think Will most likely was gonna get in trouble for the skipping, it was just immediately overshadowed by the shitstorm that came next. And I imagine that Will’s dad normally would have waited for lunch, but Seuzz did specifically say that Will’s doppelganger begged Martha to get Harris to check it out now.

And honestly, I don’t think that Westside really cares about what its students do. A lot of shit goes on in that school that wouldn’t fly in a school that cares in the slightest what its students were doing.
