You can Create Space in order to create rooms. It won't be as fluid as Zoom where you have a main room split into different groups but that's okay cause it's free.
The only thing is when you Create Space, it's there forever. You can't delete it. That's SO weird.
That's the best option, I think.
Do you need a moderator for this kind of stuff? Everyone will be too busy writing to bother moderating. It's just extra work but the host probably need to take turns in shifts.
Just leave a note to say what's the usual conversation started - how many words written today, goal today and review, tomorrow's goal... I reckon that.... and just a main room to have casual chats. Probably need to limit conversations. Might end up talking than writing.
