A month-long novel-planning challenge with prizes galore. |
Oh, Chekhov's Gun solves a problem, but doesn't to solve the whole case. Got it! Thanks and yes, I love Psych, Brandiwynš¶! Two of the 4 things I posted were additions to the story or expansions to it. Because of your suggestion for literary devices, the boys are going to get the genius idea of trying to give a whole farm tour with alliteration, just for fun. But they don't know how it works and start just putting the same letter at the beginning of all the words. So, while I'm finding some ideas I already had are literary devices, my foreshadowing and symbolism (not included here) are all new and the GED is expanded. The Allusion bit mentioned above is also new. Actually, most of my literary devices I think are new or expanded ideas, but I didn't count. I love literary devices (though I clearly don't fully understand them) so I'm not doing them immediately after all the problems I caused for my characters because I wanted to take a LOT of time on them. lol I actually don't consider myself done with that section, but posted it (I think) because I did have 42 already listed, so I feel like that's enough to say I've done that assignment. And be sure to check out my challenge
