I am posting my blog entry for my diet goals tonight. I am still trying to determine an awards system, but blog prompts regarding developing healthy habits and getting to know ourselves better, prompts to help us discover our strengths and weaknesses. I guess my idea is to have it be like a support group of sorts.we can share helpful information or write articles to help one another out.
