You'd think it'd just be easy for someone higher up on the foodchain like that to just go "alright, done" and delete chapters. It's a pretty unsatisfactory answer and frankly kind of absurd that someone running the site or moderators wouldn't have the power to delete chapters and instead have to go with account deletion.
But it's not the first baffling decision I've seen either and what's done is done I guess.
