Thank you for your comments and I think they are spot on. The template I sent to Xiea has a lot of the same points. I want each group to have all the tasks before them. Each group will get a corresponding letter. Under that letter will be a number of tasks (each group will get the same amount of tasks and types. So if Ravenclaw gets 3 poems, 3 stories and 3 scripts then so will Sylerin, Hufflepuff and Gryffindor). They will be given a start date and an end date. This means, if a team has time on their hands they can complete a story or no time maybe a poem or a review whatever, still working out the clinks lol. I don't think Xiea is sold on this idea lol as she thinks contestants might feel cheated if someone gets more for a story than a poem but, as long as, we explain it is the overall scores that matter and not the round ones, I think they should be ok.
