Kristina,
Kudos to you for walking where you still can. Most would just give up and never walk again. I am a walker, always have been. I walk every day for at least half an hour. When we had our dog, she had to be walked four times a day. Bonnie wouldn't go to the bathroom in the yard, only on a walk. So, we had to take her out at scheduled times, hubby twice a day and me twice a day. It got to be a regular routine for us. People in town could set their clocks by us, I swear. She is now gone, but still we walk.
Once a year or more, we try to get to the mountains to take longer hikes. There is one we like to do near Yellowstone that is 8 miles. We can still do it, but boy was it tough this past summer.
So BRAVO! Walk, even if you go slow, at least you are moving. Wonderful!
