Not always - obviously Malaika is written to be (or become) the most beautiful woman in existence by dint of her ousiarchs but some categories are different and would be won by the non magicals even against magical competition.

Anyways - completely ignoring the limitations, especially on number 10 because once through school was enough thank you...

1) Joe's obviously very smart, but magical and clearly his dad is much wiser. The AP set are too arrogant to fit in here - because being arrogant isn't smart at all. Melody, though obviously she's at at college

2) Lynch, because he will happily murder people to use it and get with Gordon. (See, I kept to the limits this time!)

3) Excluding any limits, himself - it's a story about personal growth. He's so below the radar at school that he doesn't have many enemies there at all save for the Molester.

4) Any of the Glundandra, though Rosalie ahead of any of them. Kim if you want to go non-magical, doubly so if you go for the not-rich background option of her multiple choice past.

5) eh... Keith tends to be written as an unintentional butt monkey / comic relief. Will has aspects of this from time to time too. Chelsea has some black comedy moments going on as well

6) not really got any strong feelings about this...

7) Joe and/or Rosalie, given I spent huge amounts of time writing them as a love triangle which could work any way. Flipping it round, Will would be good for Sienna, because he'd naturally mirror what her needs

8) Kendra, who is a snake's snake

9) Since we've already covered kindness, I'll omit the concept of inner beauty. So, Rosalie Martin...Hah!
