SugarCube's Monthly Random Contest!!

I have decided to go with the bi-weekly format, but instead of making it confusing with dates and whatnot, We will break the month into 2 contests. The #1 contest will begin on the 1st of the month and end on the 15th (at noon WDC time) The #2 contest will begin on the 15th and end on the last day of the month (at noon WDC time) Got it? Good, here's our prompt for the October #1 contest:

Write a poem, any length on any subject, BUT there's a HUGE catch to this one:

You have to create the form for your poem. They can NOT be free verse. Give your form a name, and put a blurb at the bottom of your poem detailing the form.

October Contest #1 will end on October 15th at NOON WDC time.
