Thank you all for entering my contest. I also thank you for being so patient as I tried to judge your entries, especially since I took longer than I said I would.

D. Reed Whittaker : I found your story, "It Happened" , to be a different take on the prompt. The imagery of the ocean, etc, was nice, and I didn't find any mistakes in your spelling or punctuation.

Michaela Elliott : Even in the limited amount of words you had for "Invalid Item" , you got me to feel what Cecile is feeling from the very beginning. Kudos to you for that.

Zehzeh : "Invalid Item"  was an interesting read, although I found it kind of creepy. Good buildup to that ending, also.
