I really like your thought process here Easy. I'd love to see a few storylines that don't necessarily involve Will as a main character to explore how some of the other characters would react to being given that kind of power.

One in particular that I kicked around was kind of a prequel to the whole BoM story. Maybe some combination of Carson, Paul, James, Yumi and Jenny find the book first and begin using it (I'd love to see it be Jenny and Yumi). Similarly to the storyline where the A/V kids try to make Will popular, maybe Will's friends use the masks to set him up with a girlfriend for the summer by impersonating him to see if any girls are interested in him and impersonating certain girls to try and gauge who he shows the most interest in. Eventually they succeed by setting Will up with Lisa. However, since someone was semi-frequently impersonating Lisa with the real Will while the other's either impersonated Will with the real Lisa or impersonated her friends to talk up Will, she loses interest in him over the course of the summer. The original owners, unable or unwilling to progress any further in the book and seeing even with this power their plan was a failure, decide to get rid of the masks (evidence) and sell the book to the bookstore in town eventually setting up the start of the BoM.
