The usual response to this suggestion is to Favorite your Forum and use the Favorites listing in the right hand column. Which you can see from loading any page on the site.

What you need to do is require that people making guesses, etc. tag you in their post.

Like this: {huser:mimi1214} = Pat ~ Rejoice always!
