Hi Andy,

The instructions for this form seem different than the creator's example.

For example, the instructions say: "Line 8 of Stanza 1 is repeated as line 18. " but the creator's example uses Line 8 of stanza 2 as the refrain.

I went with the instructions' version (at least I think I did - this one was confusing *Smile*. Hope that was what you wanted.
