Some professors are really tough. I try to incorporate their previous comments so that they can at least see that I'm taking their feedback and applying it. Sometimes when a prof keeps taking points off, I just get super detailed. Still concise, but super detailed so that they'd pretty much have to be a dick to take points off.
So, like, in the example you gave, I would go super in-depth into the contents of the course you took and how the teacher used the screencast to go back and forth between the screencast and video of him talking. When did he flip to the screencast? When did he flip to a video of himself speaking? What percentage was him speaking and what percentage was the screencast? How did you and your classmates react? Did it seem to work well? Could there have been improvements?
Basically, I just go into such excruciating detail that the professor is like, "Yup, okay, cool."
