Speaking as a judge in the past (Iām just not judging this year).
I go through and grab all the links from the contest rounds, then open and start looking them over. Weāre not required to keep reading if it doesnāt keep our interest so I might read one paragraph, I might read the whole thing.
If itās locked or the link doesnāt work, I just move on. If you edit it after Iāve looked at it, I wonāt go back and reread.
There are a LOT of entries, especially in round one. So my suggestion is for the contest rounds put forth your best effort and donāt edit too much after the first day or so for the judges.
