I have several duplicate versions of email folders (half of which are empty), and I cannot delete any of them. I was able to rename some, but then a new one with the original name was generated, which is also now permanent. Here is a screenshot of my problem: https://i.gyazo.com/0ec43ee5878d4811b0e2cdfc3ae04e9c.png Is there any way I can override this website's folder generation, or delete core folders like "INBOX" or something? |
I have some like that, too, so it's apparently not local to your account/system. The StoryMaster -- Notes: Extra folders in the unsubscribed list: Drafts, Sent *, Spam * That one might have been there since the previous email update occurred a few years ago. Extra empty folders at the top of the subscribed list: Drafts, Sent, Spam, SPAM They don't rename, move, un/subscribe, or delete. The Trash folder near the top of the subscribed list is the original one, since it's what is used, but it won't move. Other folders I created will move with the drag & drop, but with the problem folders, the drag & drop tile moves, but the page reload puts it right back where it was. Hope that helps. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ~~Image #6000 Sharing Restricted~~ ~~Image #603504 Sharing Restricted~~ |

I still have two separate "Drafts" folders but the rest are gone, which is a huge improvement, thank you! |
