ywriter is completely free. It was created by a former programmer turned writer. He puts into it the features that help him but it has made my life easier. Its worth a try since it doesn't cost you anything to use. He does accept donations but he created it for him and decided to share. The only thing giving him money does is make it more likely for him to consider changes you suggest for the next update.
