A month-long novel-planning challenge with prizes galore. |
The Amazons cut off the breast that would be in their way when they drew back a bow. If you have ever tried to draw a long bow, which I have, you find it's very difficult for a woman. Even if you can find one with a light enough draw, less than 100 lb pull, your breast gets in the way. I can't tell you how many times as a teenager I bound mine down with several ace bandages so I could let go of the bow string without it trying to take off my left breast. I hold the bow with my left hand and draw with my right. I do believe that right handed people do it the opposite so that it would be their right breast that would be removed. I was born left handed and do most things in my life left handed. But, I broke my left arm in K-grade and had it in a cast for several months. So, I learned to write, use sissors and shake hands with my right hand but everything else I am left handed with. ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** "WdC SuperPower Reviewers Group" "Invalid Item" "Invalid Item" Check out my Rising Stars Bookiemonster Outasync Grace♥Leo health issues & bumfuzzled ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** |
