I have already seen the question mark will get someone to the information for using links with items.
The name that appears when holding the cursor on the question mark is "WritingML Help".
However, since most people who use a computer have an idea of what the word link means, the person who is looking for a way to find help in linking will look for the word "link".
I have not seen a way to navigate to the link information that has the word "link" to click on to get to the how to link information. It's as if a person needs to guess where to click.
After clicking on Writing.com 101, it says at the top, "Explanations and instructions of all things Writing.Com. ," so the person reading this expects to find the linking information there.
