Rules are stupid.... I am writing a romantic fantasy. Yeah okay, so everyone is tired of vampires. That's okay I am not even going to try to submit these until I have book 5 written. By then I may be the one that brings it back. Besides my vampires are different. They come from the question... What if vampires aren't actually undead? JR Ward asked that question and came up with a whole new race that was created by a demi goddess. I asked that question and got the black plague causing a gene mutation stimulated by a healing process used to heal those that were too close to the sleeping queen. Shadow Warrior heals you--Vampire. Shapeshifter heals you--Werekind. Healed by a shifter from the wolf clan you become a wolf, healed by one from the cat clan you become a cat, and so on and so forth. I decided that dragons were shape shifters but they weren't involved in healing anyone. Can you imagine a Weredragon? LOL
