Hi Popcorn Joy!

We need to clear out our sent mail too! LOL! When we do that, we just click on the "select all" tab above the list of sent (or received) emails. A check mark will appear in the box to the left of each email (at least, that's what happens on WebTV, which is what we're using). Then, we go to the little line of icons at the top of the email page and click on the fourth one (the little trash can). All of the emails we checked will be deleted, and the next page of email will come up. You have to do this procedure page by page, we think, but it saves time!

If you've "selected all" and change your mind, hit "select none" before you click on the trash can. The check marks will disappear and your email will still be there! You can also click on individual check marks to remove them if you spot something you'd like to keep. Then click on the trash can to get rid of everything else!

Like we said, we're using WebTV, so things may look a bit different for us than for those of you on a regular PC. We think we've given the general idea, though!

We hope this helps!

Sincerely,

opaltwins
