We are pleased to meet you and are glad you have come her for a visit.
To review isn't difficult. Think about what kind of review you would like to recieve and do this kind of review for other writers. For example to say "I really liked what you wrot" is nice. What would be more helpful and appreciated would for you to also:
tell the author why you like their writing.
Why did you decide to review this piece?
What you liked and why.
What you do not understand; ask about this and you most likely wil;l get an answer.
Did you visit their portfolio? What is interesting or something you want to know more about for example.
These are some of the possible pieces of information you could tell the author about so that they can improve their writing, know what you enjoyed or didn't understand, and more.
