What is this about?

It states right there to go and read more about it: "to learn more about what SOPA and PIPA could do to sites like Writing.Com." So that is what we suggest you do. Whether you want to oppose it or not is your choice. But you should know what it will and could do to sites like this one and possibly many, many others that you visit daily.
