Cindy, I understand that you feel the review was nasty, but Crys does have some very good points. On the other hand, if you REALLY do not want reviews from those on the site without items in their own port.... you can change the access restrictions on your item to allow only Registered AUTHORS to be able to view your item. I honestly wouldn't recommend this, as registered users give just as valid input as the others on this site, if not better (because they are mainly readers). However, if you feel the need to... well, the option is there.
