basic membership-for a better raffle

now i know i have only been here for nearly 2 month ( another month and i am eligible for the yellow case (from the 1st july 2010 )

i have created a raffle but it is not in forum type which means that it is currently harder for people to buy tickets.
the basic membership is for the raffle upgrade.

finnaly i read those 2 documentations and there is 1 typo, you say that the free membership portfolio has a limit of 5 items, well actually the limit is 10.
