Giving an awardicon
Here is an useful suggestion, which can reduce a lot of effort:

Have a small button next to the item title within the "Details" bar. It should be titled "Gift an awardicon to this item". That will obviate the need to go to Gift Point tools, etc. and then remember the item name to gift the awardicon to. The same can be done to gift a merit badge. Have a small button next to the author's name, with the title "Give a merit badge to this author".

Nifty, isn't it?
