I enjoyed every entry I got in round one and I want every one of you to re-enter. I would also love to see anyone else who is interested join in this weeks prompt.

Round 2 Prompt - Distant Post Apocalypse
Basically, thousands of years after the fall of man, what has happened to us? Have we died out? Is there another dominant species? Are we slowly struggling to get back on our feet? Perhaps we have rebounded and advanced farther than ever, or perhaps we are stuck in the middle ages again. Who knows? You do. And I want you to tell me.
