Well for an awnser its ussualy because these sorts of erotica stories are highly uncommon over the internet.
So if you searched erotica on google etc, about 1 in 40,000 would contain a scrap of size-changeing topic in them.
But here the fans of sed fetish find it a lot easier to post stories about it on the site mostly because of the interactive feature that allows the story to branch out in multiple directions making it possible for one item to hold over 100 different story outcomes.
So people have found it easier just to post thier fantasy of size change onto this site instead of waisting time creating an entire webpage about the genre, just to post 2 or 3 stories and then aboandon it.

As for why nobody else has hardly posted many other erotic genres stories on this site is most likely because they have already found sites that focus purely on the erotic stories that they wish to read/post!
