Noticing Newbies

Greetings, as you can gather I am known as K.A. Deagle and I am mainly a Fantasy writer. The other genres in which I delve are comedy, action/adventure, crime/gangster and maybe every now and then a sort of dark themed novel. As you may be well aware I have 2 items to date, one is called "Drinking" (13+) a poem in the Comedy genre. I am currently working on "Tainted Blood" (13+), a novel which was originally movie script but I scrapped it in order to make a book. It falls into the Action/Adventure and Crime/Gangster genres. I have only just been re-inspired to write books because of the success of the Harry Potter books. I have been told on numerous occasions for as long as I can remember, that I am a creative and talented writer. I used to want to write books for a living when I was younger but then sort of fell out of the writing and reading persona when I entered High School but after realizing how many fans and how successful J.K Rowling is, I figured I could try and get the same success as she did.
