A Benefit for RAOK and Our Troops

Recently I have gotten some comments from individuals who are against the war and deem it fit to blast this forum because of its cause. Please, please, please, this forum and the group it's raising funds for was not created to promote war. Sometimes we tend to forget that there are men and women (human beings like you and me) who sacrifice and give up so much each and every day over there. We tend to forget the families and friends that are left behind, who wake up each day never knowing if they'll ever see their loved ones again. I cannot be there, neither can any of us who are still lucky to live in countries where we can boast of freedom. However, this is a way to remember all those men and women - fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, friends - in our own little way. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and nobody likes the war, but please do not turn something good and helpful into a forum for political bitterness and hate.

My sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone who has supported us so far. I cannot thank you enough for your help and generosity.
