When you have a dream that has a destination (clear or unclear) it most likely speaks of the future. A blue fairy is a symbol for somthing but since you asociate it with a children's movie it most likely means somthing else: Learning. Connect the two and it means you are going to learn somthing. Your companion is Wiccan and you said that you were very aware of that fact in the dream so this learning expierience is probably a religious one (although not necesarily learning of Wicca). The Forest Town setting is just a generic place that shows you've been thinking about it a lot.
