Was very interested to see you don't write from beginning to end. I think that's a very sensible way to go. I have thought of the end first and then written the rest.
I don't believe the human mind works in an obviously logical sequence. It tends to jump from one thing to another (else where do ideas come from), which are linked in some way, but not a nice neat logical story flow sort of way.
On Muses.
I don't have a muse, although I think it would be quite exciting, although may raise some sanity issues. I do have conversations with an imaginary person when I want input on something. Does that count? (PS I know they're not real - honest).
