To be perfectly honest, it's only terminal if you let it be. I call it "burn out" though I'm sure the experts have some other name for it. It's normal. You've been caught up in your writing world and now your brain is tired. But as writers we do so much more than just put words on paper. We read, watch movies, dance the sun. Take a break and let your Muse get back from vacation. Keep a journal just to keep your fingers in practice. Read and review right here on W.com. Enter a few contests (prompts can really help get you over that hump) but most of all, don't let it get you too depressed. Depression kills creativity (unless you're Van Gogh, lol). You aren't alone in this, you know. Most writers suffer from burn out at some point. That's where writers block comes from.
