I'm probably going to wreck a workable routine with this post, but I figure I'll give it a try. I noticed in helping someone out in Tech Support that the questions in the FAQ are presented in a rather awkward way. Like I said, there's probably a reason for this, but I was a bit baffled to see the hyperlinked questions presented in one sequence at the top of the page and then the answers scattered throughout the rest of the page. For example, the cancel account question is under the first section at the top yet is the very last answer on the page. I think people might be slightly less confused if the questions are answered in the sequence in which they are listed at the top. The other thing pertains to the Tech and Non-Tech Support forums. Is there any way to specifically define what types of queries go into each forum? I've noticed a lot of Non-tech questions being posted in the Tech Support forum, which leaves me a tad confused. Or maybe I'm just being a tad nitpicky. Perhaps a simple list of examples of each forum's typical questions would be sufficient. On that note, I'll let you chew on my ideas. My ideas aren't afraid of teeth marks. ** Image ID #951924 Unavailable ** :Tadeisi |
