Sometimes I like her and sometimes I don't. I think she wasn't brought into office under very good conditions, so I give her some leway for that. John Engler absolutely destroyed the economy of Michigan, but part of me thinks that more can be done about the lacking job market and school funding problems.
Then again, what do I know? I don't deal with all of the same stuff she does on a daily basis. It's easy to throw stones and blame it all on her, but she's not the only one who makes the decisions in Lansing.
I just hope things get better around here - and soon. Our unemployment rate is horrible. I've been applying for jobs for the past 2 1/2 months and haven't received a single call-back, and my unemployment is due to run out at the end of March. If something doesn't change with our job market, and soon, I don't know what my husband and I are going to do.
