| I have signed in on an old alternate account, because I have been locked out of my main account, on which I consistently have a paid subscription. The system asks for my username and says it will send a follow-up to my email. But I don't have an email associated with that account. Writing.com has its own email inbox. I created the account over 10 years ago, partly for that feature. I did not have another email at the time. Please tell me how I can regain access to my previous account. The StoryMaster   can help you out there, but make sure to include your main account's username, so that he can help you more effectively.

If you can email me a copy of a receipt for a receipt paid subscription, I can use that to look up the account username and validate the account to get you back into it.
