I've done it again. I accidentally clicked on full-site view on my mobile and have no idea how to return to mobile site view. How do I return to mobile site view again? |
If you scroll down in the lower left side there should be Site links. If you look below that there you'll find Mobile view. Click it and things should look normal again. That's what I thought, but when I scroll down, I do not see it. I have Refer a Member, Link to WDC, Copyright Policy, Privacy Statement, Do Not Sell My Info, Terms of Service, and Close An Account, but nothing on Mobile Site view. |
Well, that's odd, because it should show directly below "Link to Writing.Com" and above "Copyright Policy" in the bottom navigation, which is where mine is. (I just tested this and toggled it) That's the section where that is. Please look again and just double check and let us know if it's not showing for you. Something else you can check is to go to My Account / Settings / Site Display Options / Mobile View Options and make sure you haven't disabled your Mobile View. If you have that set to "Mobile Off", it permanently disables that for you, which could explain why it's not showing for you. Have a wonderful day, The StoryMistress ![]() |

This has happened to me on iPhone’s Safari. Though the settings are different for every browser, it usually has something to do with selecting desktop view in your browser’s setting or your phone’s settings when that “mobile view” option disappears. Anyway, yay for being back to normal! ![]() |
