[Introduction]
Once, their was a girl. Her name was Lily and she was only eleven years old.
She went to the lake, where she saw a doe.
She sets one step in the direction of the doe, who looks up. Their beautiful and alert eyes look right into Lily’s, who’s amazed by the grace of the animal before her.
Lily decides to set another step. The doe is alert, but it doesn’t seem afraid. To Lily’s relief it stays where is it as she slowly comes closer.
She is only three steps away and Lily sits down, she decides to braid flowers into her hair. At the moment she braids the last flower, she feels something nuzzling against her shoulder. When Lily looks up, she sees that the doe has copied her actions, and lays beside her.
Lily’s hand slowly find it’s way onto the back of the doe. And when it’s their, she let’s her hand glide over the shape of it. The doe looks at Lily with a gaze that says; ‘You can stay, you’re not as bad as the rest of them.’
Staying, that’s exactly what Lily does. She stays untill midnight ‘Tomorrow, I’ll be here again.’ She says to the doe.
In that peaceful moment, nobody could know that for Lily, their wouldn’t come a tomorrow.
