          The america has been thrown into chaos after hugo benslet took over. creating a capital city he calls utopia, building a wall dividing the north from the south. all the poor and weak are exiled south of the wall. the southern end is a dead wasteland where fighting for your life is a every day event. but fredrick goodwell a scientist who chose to live in the wastes created a way to bring life back the the south end, until lord benslet found out.

Benslet had his "scouts" kill goodwell and destroy his research. but his daughter Alicia has the last remaining file. leaving it up to her, her uncle red goodwell, a rogue scout sarah powers, and the mentally unsound ex- British special forces Henry white, to get into utopia and find a scientist willing to complete the cause
