Here in Jeddah w/shop managers are not allot me proper jobs or they didn”t gave any responsibility for me, they are not like me to work here that’s why they were kept me in one corner ( AMC), why they are corner me that also i knew we are came along with srikumar & stayed together & we are supported srikumar that is the one of the reason for cornering everybody first they were cornered mr jameel, secondly varma, & now shetty, during srikumar period i was handling complete lease w/shopincluding,denting, &AMC without any mistake or any problem workshop was running very smoothly ( you ask anybody from lease) one thing i understood they don’t required any experience person surrounding them that’s why they were told from the beginning in Jeddah we don’t want any supervisor, now non- technical people like rizwan & umar working as a workshop supervisor they doesn’t no different between nut & bolt , there is so many technically experience & 15-20 years budget experience person is there ,like nair, ikey, aboobakar why they did not get any promotion, & why Rizwan & umar got promotion as a w/shop supervisor, reason is simple as i informed above they don’t want any experience person surrounding them, they transferred me in AMC for full time i don’t have any work there maximum per day 2hours work is not there rest of the time sitting idle & working as a watchman , nobody will ask anything & nobody will inform anything, from last six month i am getting salary without doing any think why this managers are wasting company money they don’t required people why shouldn’t send back, in AMC i don’t have place to sit there, full day i was standing on the floor & some time come & sit Veh parking yard ,that's the place for sitting experience supervisor, i am totally fed up & finally i was taken decision instated of spoiling my experience better go back to India & utilize my experience & knowledge some other organisation, this is the reason for leaving company,these year company anual get together party every body was invited but he was not invited me ( there also politics) party starting at 11 am he called me in AMC at 10.30am shetty come to party, how i will go i don't know road, i was wore duty dress, it's not possible me to go to party, one thing i have kindly request you in future, if realy you need people than only recruit people, management recruiting the people but w/shop mangaers don't want people, they are kicking the people these corner to that corner, & that corner to these corner like foot ball, i came here with dealer experience & worked with well organization i have enough experience the these field, jeddah service manager forgot we worked together in saud bhawan oman, as a technican, perera also left because of these kind of politics, if anything i had worte in wrong i apologise you
