A writing journal is made up of bits and pieces of ideas waiting to become a whole.
As I try to manage my life,
I find I cannot find the time
to meld all the bits and pieces
wrapped around and through,
never neatly piled or stacked.
The plot I need to finish;
a short story hides somewhere.
The exciting character I
fell in love with now resides
under a scramble of scraps.
Where can they be? What should I do?
How can I manage organization
from utter chaos? Let me think.
Ah, I know, I read on W.C.
A writer's journal I will make
to keep track of all the parts
I need to write my pieces of lore.
