My thought's and take away's from the Bible that may not be obvious.
The Bible is complex. Many
know the basic stories but find it daunting to read in it's entirety much less manage to comprehend the web of story relationship so prevailant in the Bible. It's easy to miss the more obscure but still important details and teachings. This is my take on the NIV done in bitesized lessons, explaining in laymans terms how these familiar stories are much more deep than they had originally seemed, pointing to The Truth of the Word of God. Due to how complex the Bible is with interelated stories, I will teach on an individual story basis with no attempt to be chronological. I will however explain how these stories connect together with others (the primary focus of this blog) THIS WILL BE DETAILED AND BACKED BY BOTH BIBLICAL TEXT & OFFICIAL BIBLE COMMENTARY AS WELL AS SUPPLEMENTARY RESEARCH!

Note: The NIV will be used exclusively & if I do get into whether certain aspects of the Bible are to be taken literally or metaphorically I will explain my view only to broaden your mind.
