Tuesday July 23, 2024 1:20 am And my final math grade is: A- My last college class before I receive my Bachelor of Science in Communication starts today. Last day of class and college August 26th. My academic advisor at my new university will process me in their graduate Master's program as soon as my school sends my transcripts. Meanwhile, I have completed Cycle One and starting Cycle Two today in the Tour de Ports. I have not been able to cycle the weekend sprints yet, but I will shoot for it this next weekend. Besides the love of reviewing, the Grand Prize is what I seek. |

| Tuesday July 16, 2024 11:35 am It happened again! I received a fabulously written review of my story "Living Truth." I forgot how much I invested in writing the story. It was the first I would write for Game of Thrones 2024. I wanted it to be a great story. It is. The person captured the exact point of the story and explained it so well. | Wednesday July 10, 2024 12:30 pm WdC time I find it impossible to write down how I am feeling. I am so angry and upset right now with WdC. There is actually a video that tells you how to navigate this community. A video!!!!!! I have 5 friends I brought on here who left because they could not figure out, even with Get Started and Writing.Com 101 how to get around easily. It was all too much work to teach themselves what to do. As Schnujo's Giving Away GPs  can tell anyone, tracker was constantly asking questions, trying to figure out whether something was an item or a post or an entry, etc.Why do I feel like the only one who had no access to this aid? Is it referenced somewhere that I should have seen it? I am so frustrated right now. |
| Friday July 5, 2024 6:15 pm WdC time I like the Blogging Circle of Friends and the Blog City prompts today. I don’t have time to respond. I have turned over a new leaf. I will restrict myself to a set number of things to do. I am behind in entries to the two activities I signed up to complete. There is time worked in to break away for as long as I need to rest and recover. I have writing projects on at least two more sites. Onward and full steam ahead! |

Fireworks are dangerous for the average person to handle. Fireworks are legal in my city/county. I think they are an accident waiting to happen. With that said, my son spends a small fortune purchasing fireworks similar to the ones used in a controlled fireworks display every year. The videos they send me are awesome. I worry about it, but so far there have been no accidents. This will be about the 20th year he has put on his own display. The neighbors start their fireworks action at sundown. It continues for about five hours on and off. We keep our two dogs and three cats indoors. My wider view is that money spent by organizations up to and including the government would be better spent on helping obtain housing for the homeless population. |
