| Thursday August 8, 2024 10:45 am ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** Prompt: If you were an Olympic Athlete, which event would you be in? I would be a gymnast in the Olympics. I was quite a good tumbler in 5th grade. I was able to do forward hand springs and things. I injured a toe and was on the sidelines. I did not participate again until my first year of college. Mainly because I went to three different high schools. My freshman year I did not do well enough to be selected for the competition team so that was that last time I was on any gymnastic equipment. I am in awe of the gymnasts currently competing at the highest levels. Their tricks are insanely difficult and risky. I prefer being a spectator, but marching into the huge stadium in an opening ceremony would have be incredible. |
