Ken, we will agree to disagree on several political issues. But, your blog is well-thought out and written with true passion, and that's one thing people have in common on either side of issues. Ken, well written and articulate blog. While I have my own personal political opinion, I try to keep a "level" head only because of the nature of my 911 job. That said, I read Michael D'Antonio's book on Trump, "The Truth About Trump," and if anything, I learned a lot about Trump, his influences, and why he does what he does. Not making excuses for him, in anyway. The book reveals that he's been a liar since an early age. Also, another good book I'm currently reading is "The Great Revolt" by Salina Zito and Brad Todd and it talks about how "everyday" Americans who have been democratic to the core and voted "Obama" the last 2 elections switched votes and voted for Trump. It's an enlightening view into the hearts of everyday Americans in PA, MI, and WI. (Because those were the states Clinton was expected to carry and she sooo did not.) Anyway, I suggest them only because it's a way to get to understand why he does what he does (if you want a bit of a deeper look into his though process) and how the American people bought into what he was selling. Great blogging. Had a fun visit.
