Chapter 1

The Dream

He couldn't believe the depths he was achieving into the sea, breathing obviously irrelevant here. Where ever here was? He took a look around at his surroundings and saw the most beautiful coral garden and gorgeous schools of neon colored fish. Observing the ever so serene area he caught a very large object pass by from his pref-feral vision. He jerked his head immediately in that direction and  was dumbfounded when he saw what he had thought to have been a extremely large fish tail which he imagined was attached to a  monstrous fish swim behind and extremely Erie lit cave.

He swam closer still not giving any conscious thought to how he was managing to stay alive under water. He stayed low ducking behind the most colorful coral he had ever scene in case that large fish reappeared. It didn't. His interest in the cave seemed to overpower his fear of the giant fish's return, drawing him closer now luring him almost, to enter. After approaching the mouth of the cave he stop and looked around again. When he refocused his attention on entering the cave he was startled suddenly by what looked like a hybrid between an over sized eel and a human swimming in front of him. "Ah you came, I thought for your sure the guardian had scarred you off," said the strange eel lady.

"What guardian?" he questioned aloud but then  answered himself "Oh you mean that huge fish? So I didn't imagine it."

"Of course not dear boy the guardian is as real as you or I, but it matters not we have much more pressing things to discuss and very limited time."

"What are you talking about," he stated, confusion written all over his face.

"I anticipated you would have questions so I'm going to have to ask you not to speak just listen I have much to say and we are running out of time so you will have to find the answers for yourself when you awake."

         "Awaken?" he interrupted.

" I said no questions. Trust me answers will come in do time," she sternly pronounced.

Silence then fall over them both. The eel lady gestures him into the cave where he was greeted by two more eel ladies. "Welcome," the two new ladies sung in unison.
